Darrick Wade Studio

A design for practicing architect and all-around good people Darrick Wade.

The design draws inspiration from the Yellowhouse and Blackwater Draw, a series of rivers that flow through Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico. Darrick expressed having a design that grounds him in the area he lives.

The color palette is inspired by nature: Blackwater, Greener Grass, Sunlight, and Fire. The Blackwater color is a rich blue and is intended to be used instead black throughout the visual system.
